Many BlazeLIMS systems are mission critical to 24/7 operations and thus may require a 24/7 support coverage. Our standard support contract provides 9 to 5 EST coverage, but we also offer extended support to meet the needs of these customers. Our extended support guarantees a two hour response time with beeper or cell phone access, 24/7, including holidays. Most of our customers make provisions for remote support access to their BlazeLIMS server, and this can be used for immediate access from home by our on-call support personnel for prompt problem resolution.
