Partnership Ethos

W. Edwards Deming's fourth rule envisions the benefits for the buyer of a supplier relationship that acts to optimize the whole system on a continuous basis rather than simply sub-optimize the buy event. As much as it depends on us, we strive to establish and maintain that reality throughout the life of every LIMS installation. It is at the very center of who we are that we desire to be partners in our customers' businesses and work to continually optimize the performance of our products and services in the context of the customer's needs. Every customer interaction is for us a moment of truth testing our resolve in this. Some of the ways we put this rubber on the road are:

  • An implementation methodology that nurtures the initial installation into an effective running system rather than the "install, train and disappear" approach.
  • Extremely responsive and liberal hotline policy that not only provides assistance in solving problems, but also consults in implementing improvements.
  • Very cost effective incremental upgrades and enhancements where needed to improve system effectiveness.
  • A personal relationship with our customers throughout the system life cycle.
